German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate Property valuation report / description of tenancy situation
Another question in the same context - the term occurs in the section providing information about the tenancy situation/tenants of the subject property.

Relevant paragraph:

"Der Mieter ist {a German Federal State} mit einer Rückmietquote von 100 % und 0% Leerstand. Derzeit werden die Gebäude durch verschiedene Behörden {of this German Federal State} genutzt: ..."

I am suspecting that this is just a "leaseback ratio" but want to get reassurance.

Tricky. Although "leaseback ratio" sounds literally credible it doesn't make a lot of sense to me in this context, unless the tenant was the original owner... Could this perhaps refer to arrears of rent? - would seem to be a more appropriate criterion.

As far as I am aware there is no such term as "leaseback ratio" - 0 Googles. Therefore best to explain (as it might well have been in the original text ;-)
