Objective - Why lines need to be cleaned. Key principles

Slight spotted deposits of yeast or, in more extreme cases, clumps or continuous deposits of yeast indicate poor cleanliness.
It is essential that the beer lines and dispensing equipment are cleaned using the approved detergent and following the correct procedure.

Unscrew and remove the wash bottle top and ***spear.***

Carefully pour the recommended amount of the approved Beerline cleaner into the wash bottle.
Fill with cold water to the max fill line.
Reconnect the top of the wash bottle securely.
Connect the line cleaning tapping head to the wash bottle and turn on the gas supply.
