Hack off cracked and “live” render between ground and first floor, first and second floor and second and third floor windows and to right hand side of ground, first, second and third floor windows in numerous isolated areas back to original brickwork, carry out approved resin injected repair system to cracked brickwork using two-part epoxy based resin repair, provide and install stainless steel mesh over brickwork secured with stainless steel screws/washers and reinstate cracked and loose render with waterproof sand and cement render to match existing (allow 4 sq.m. between ground and first floor windows, 3 sq.m. to right hand side of ground floor windows, 4 sq.m. between first and second floor windows, 4 sq.m. between second and third floor windows and 30 lin.m. of crack repair).
