Ciao Giulia. Dato che, come hai osservato giustamente, "alloy chart" non avrebbe alcun senso in questo contesto, penso che "chart" potrebbe essere un refuso per "cart", che invece si adatterebbe perfettamente al testo, all'inizio dell'elenco dei prodotti che segue immediatamente quello dei materiali.
