Chongqing City, Wanzhou District Public Notary Office, Serial Number 4485.
渝是重庆市的简称。
I have translated a large volume of personal documents for translation agencies in the UK, and have been specifically told that the method of simply reducing the characters in these serial numbers into capital letters is inappropriate, as it does not fully convey the ST information. This method is usually used by translators who are too lazy to do a few Google searches.
Perhaps something like (YWZZZ NO:4485) may look neat and tidy, but I would really check with the agency/client you're working for before you take the risk, as let's be fair - this isn't really a translation.

: Translate the full way is right. YWZZ... means nothing in English. Moreover, if you do it like YWZZ.... many other serial numbers will seem the same.

YWZZZ NO.:4485
这只是个编号名称,通常在翻译公证书时,只取各个汉字拼音首字母即可,关键是把编号翻出来就行!

渝万州证 means 重庆万州区公证处, so the whole thing can be translated as "Wanzhou District Notary Public Office, document number 4485". Because these phrases are really just document references, some people translate them simply using English capital letters. If you wish to use this method, the translation is "YWZZ, document No. 4485". Hope this helps!
