このパネルの小見出しは「Load kiln management」です。
パネルにある記載を上から列挙します。

この最後のドアの説明が分かりません。AbilitationはAbilityからきているのかなと思いますが、Doorとの関係が分かりません。この後にあるのは「M2 enable reset ends the cycle if there are still cars on m2; once it is empty, it prevents transfer car m13 from loading it again.」という注記で、この後は別のパネルに移動しています。

分かりにくい英語（？）ですね。Troyさんの答えに似ていますが、おそらくドアの開け閉めができる状態とできない状態を示す文なので、もうちょっと詳しく訳してみました。過剰解釈かな？
