Campus と Experienced Hire の２つのグループに対して Critical Behavior Interview を行うという内容のプレゼンです。

CBI とは面接を受ける人の過去の行動に照らし合わせて将来の成功度を予測するプロセス、と定義されています。ここで Campus が学生を意味することは明らかですが、全体を見渡しても Experienced Hire がはたして中途採用者なのか、今ひとつ手がかりがありません。何でもよいので情報いただけますと助かります。

This is about Critical Behavior Interview to interview two categories of people (or job seekers): Campus and Experienced Hire. The purpose of CBI is to assess candidate’s potentiality as an employee by analyzing their past actual behaviors. I know Campus refers to students, while not sure whether or not Experienced Hire refers to those who are already working or has worked and seek for new job opportunities.
