Я засомневалась, идет ли в нижеуказанных отрывках о "среднем отклонении" или просто средних показателях (значениях):

For materials already in production, please supply the AVERAGE and standard deviation of the key properties of the finished products you supply or may supply to Х over the last 12 months, split in semesters.

Данные предполагается поместить в таблицу, в которой есть графы:
Year / 1st Half / 2nd Half
Property / # of Samples / AVERAGE / Standard Deviation

Дальше идет предложение
When starting regular deliveries to Х, for all properties in spec please send quarterly your AVERAGE, sigma, # of tests and Capability Indexes (Cpks) calculated on all production from which material could be shipped to Х receiving your materials.

Я склонна думать, что имеется в виду не отклонение, ведь тогда бы и столбец назывался Average Deviation, но сомневаюсь. И что подразумевается под averaged value в следующем отрывке?

Certificate of analysis report should contain data obtained from the testing of individual samples.
In case of AVERAGED value Certificate of Analysis must contain:
- number of samples tested
- average data
- standard deviation (if number of samples >12) or range...
