Finnish term

toiminimen kirjoittaminen

Finnish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
"Toiminimen kirjoittaminen

Yhtiöjärjestyksen mukaan toiminimen kirjoittaa hallituksen puheenjohtaja..."

What exactly is meant by “toiminimen kirjoittaminen”? A formal right to quote the company name or something else?

signatory (for a company) OR person authorized to sign for a company

Can't edit the translation field any more, so I had to post another answer.

I found these suggestions for the English term you could use. If it has to be really short, then "signatory" is OK.

Try this search on Google:
"articles of association" signatory
Note from asker:
I think that's it. But let's see if there is any other input.
