intense (personal) experience

Well, I doubt English would never use an word or a sentence structure like that, so the sentence has to be translated quite freely - that's what I would do, at least, maybe something like this:
"Media emphasizes intense personal experience and visuality"

("henkilöityminen" is already included in the "personal experience", and sounds quite strange in Finnish anyway... Well, so does the whole sentence IMHO! ;))

Sorry for the typo ("an word"), apparently you can't edit your replies anymore (?)

experienceness

'Elämyksellisyys' is the property of communication, which means that the recipient is given a vivid experience.

Marju has suggested 'phenomenality', which apparently is somewhat strange. And, by the way, so is this 'experienceness', though having some Google hits albeit mostly in quotes.

disagree Spencer Allman : Google can produce anything

Not quite correct. I guess, even "experienceness" is produced in the Internet by some one else than Google.
