The one already suggested is ok, but IMHO this would be clearer (non-jargon) & more to the point.
(Plus 'occupational fitness' sounds at least to me like promoting fitness at work, something more to do with a work-place gym :))

: This is true, but remember: the words "selvitys työkyvystä" is quite jargony in finnish, in certain contexts it can even be a bureaucratic euphemism...
