Un bilan du nombre de stations-service approvisionnées par le FOURNISSEUR au titre des présentes sera réalisé entre les parties au 31 décembre de chaque année afin de déterminer :

: "Cessation" can be temporary or permanent; the ordinary FR reading tends towards a permanent state. "Suspension" can be provisional, lead to or describe a permanent state ; it suggests sthng of a more temporary nature than "cessation". (pass. voice?)
