購入契約書の中の条項の一部で、
「間接損害および機会損失については賠償範囲の対象外とする」という文があります。これに対する英訳として、今のところ以下の２つを考えています。
(1) indirect damages and opportunity losses shall not be subject to the compensation.
(2) indirect damages and opportunity losses shall be the compensation exception.
（１）または（２）のどちらの方がよいか、あるいは両方ともやめて他の訳すべきか悩んでいます。
ご教示お願いします。

"excluded" でもよいと思いますが、まえもって除外する、という意味合いで
"precluded" を使ってみてはどうでしょうか？
