Colleague mike23 (aka Michał the Munificent) suggests technical terms such as
cured or remedied, instead of resolved:
Cure the Default Law and Legal Definition
"Cure the default" or "cure" means to perform the obligations under the contract which are described in the notice of intent to forfeit and which are in default, to pay the costs and attorneys' fees prescribed in the contract, and, to make all payments of money required of the purchaser by the contract which first become due after the notice of intent to forfeit is given and are due when cure is tendered [Rev. Code Wash. (ARCW) § 61.30.010].

Remedies. The Holder, in addition to being entitled to exercise all rights granted by law, including recovery of damages, will be entitled to specific performance of its rights under this Warrant. The Company agrees that monetary damages would not be adequate compensation for any loss incurred by reason of a breach by it of the provisions of this Warrant and hereby agrees to waive and not to assert the defense in any action for specific performance that a remedy at law would be adequate.
