Trudno to zgrabnie przetłumaczyć wprost, bo zwrot "termin biegnący dla kupującego" jest niezgrabny, a może i niepoprawny. Termin jest istotny dla obu stron, a poecie chodziło o to, że dotyczy on roszczeń, które zgłaszać może tylko kupujący - stąd taka propozycja.
