Workers' Health

This is what the World Health Organization uses, and since I translate for them, it's my preference, too. While 'occupational health' is nearly as common, WHO and its regions prefer to save 'occupational' for such phrases as 'occupational illnesses', 'occupational disease', 'occupational hazard', etc.
