DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DE LOS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCIÓN DE COSMÉTICOS
Al establecer la fórmula, es decir, la composición del cosmético que indica la calidad, la cantidad y la forma comercial, deberán tenerse en cuenta diversos factores:
Forma cosmética: Viene representada por el producto cosmético en su condición de aplicación y está relacionada con el excipiente y con el vehículo. Los excipientes y los vehículos pueden favorecer o retardar o, en cualquier caso, modificar los efectos de la base activa. En virtud del excipiente o del vehículo, la base activa deberá estar siempre en las mejores condiciones para desarrollar las acciones pertinentes.
