As I understand it, yes, the answers do fit the question. The person is being asked to report how uncomfortable or anxious she/he has felt during the conversation.

I agree with the answers given.
However, I can see why you feel the answer doesn't fit with the questions, if the words "to what extent" apear in the questions, you may expect the answers not to be as vague as "little" or "a lot", but a description, ie, "to the extent of doing...this or that". The answers do sound alright to me, though, but I'm suggesting you a simpler way of translating the question without omitting anything. "How" is what's actually meant.
