Source text - English In order to facilitate the collection of information on the direct and cumulative effects of works, undertakings and activities, those taking advantages of subsection 35(2) exceptions should be subject to a registration and reporting system established by regulation. Such a system would enable the systematic collection of information on the impacts of those works, undertakings and activities on fish habitat, thus providing evidence to guide needed actions to protect fish habitat in threatened watersheds.
