W tym celu spółka ustanawia możliwość podjęcia uchwały przez zgromadzenie wspólników dotyczącej wypłaty dywidendy z zysku spółki. |

wydanie polecenia płatności udziału wierzyciela (w masie upadłościowej) Explanation: Nie chodzi tu o dywidendę, ale o udział wierzyciela/i w masie upadłościowej i o wydanie polecenia płatności tego udziału (=sumy przypadającej każdemu z uczestników podziału). Czyli ma to miejsce po podziale sumy uzyskanej z egzekucji majątku dłużnika. Tak mi się przynajmniej wydaje.
