Word country names

I am working with a large Word document containing many country names and discovered that, after saving, the names have been automatically replaced by other country names.

I rechanged some, but this thing keeps happening. Any idea what might be the matter?

If this happens immediately after you type a country name then Check Word>>Tools>>AutoCorrect Options...

Further, shall you please give some examples of such changes exactly as they occur?
