Source text - English Utilizing the principle of combining sufficient water with high frequency vibration for efficient removal of fine solids, Derrick engineers incorporated a repulping trough into the design of each screening deck. Each Stack Sizer screen deck consists of two 48-inch by 30-inch screen sections separated by a repulping trough. Addition of free water to the screened oversize fraction provides additional fluid for the removal of trapped fines. Free water is added to the screened oversize fraction as it enters the repulp trough. Water is added counter-current to the movement of the oversize solids. This creates turbulence in the repulp trough that liberates fine solids from the coarse particles and allows them to pass the screen surface with the fluid as it feeds onto the second screen panel.

I started learning English when I was around seven. At first this was just fun, but after some 10 years I took a genuine interest in the language. This resulted in choosing a language college for my BA studies followed by a master's course in the UK in the field of linguistics. During my studies I started doing some simple translations and I found it rather interesting, especially finding a translation for a particularly difficult word using all the available tools, i.e. dictionaries, Internet, as well as fellow linguists.
I then decided to start working for a technical company which was looking for an English-speaking person to deal with foreign partners and customers. Since the company operates in the field of coal mining I started to specialise in this particular field, broadened to general machinery language.
Then I decided to start my own translation company, apart from the day job at the technical company. So now I have a full-time job and I'm also a self-employed translator.
