Pusat Aktiviti Kanak-Kanak (PAKK) merupakan perkhidmatan sokongan yang sistematik dan berkesan untuk mencegah pengabaian dan penganiayaan kanak-kanak. Antara objektif penubuhan PAKK adalah untuk menganjurkan program dan juga perkhidmatan sokongan yang menumpukan perhatian kepada aspek pencegahan dan pelindungan Kanak-kanak. Oleh sebab, PAKK dibuka di kawasan yang berisiko tinggi dimana ramai pelajar terlibat dalam pelbagai gejala sosial seperti melepak, lumba haram, buli dan sebagainnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Universiti dan NGO akan melaksanakan program bacaan di PAKK Pulau Pinang.
