Natia Amaghlobeli . As a freelance translator, I am very satisfied with this tool. It is easy to use and fast. Plus you can interact with PM directly. Payment process is also very fast and automated, without any invoice to be uploaded. Great tool!

Most convenient and integrated CAT tool I ever used

Yujie Zhang . The usage of SmartCAT is quite intuitive. I didn't spent much time or felt difficulty in learning to use it. It is a great tool for freelancers. The payment process is highly automated and I don't have to use emails or separate systems to send invoices or collecting payments. From translating to receiving payment, everything is in the same place, which simplifies my life a lot!

Muhammed Demir . To my knowledge, Smartcat is a unique platform as it involves not only a translation tool but also a translation market. This enables direct clients and translation agencies from all around the world to reach us translators. So, we do not have to stick with the low local rates. I would definitely suggest Smartcat to every translator.

Advantages:
Mostly free tool (Excluding MT)
Includes a marketplace
Easy file/TM import and export

Disadvantages:
Translators cannot evaluate clients (Which I believe is a must)
Sometimes the tool cannot catch up with you if you work really fast.
