I absolutely love them because they are so user-friendly and intuitive that it took me only 50 or 60 minutes to understand they are the best tools I’ve ever used.
I can see every string I translate in context which is very helpful for delivering high-quality translations without sitting and thinking of ‘what the … is that?’ :), and I can always find the answers to all my questions using Smartling’s TM, Glossary, Style Guide, Context View, Dashboard and Support.

Melody Blanco . The Smartling Translation Management System is ideally equipped to handle the huge volumes of data that accompany large, complex translation projects. I think it is one of the most versatile and powerful tools available to date, and it can satisfy both freelancer and agency's needs.
One of the best aspects of this tool is that it is extremely easy to use. You can familiarize yourself with it much faster than usual. It’s user-friendly, extremely practical and highly comprehensive.
Besides, the translation memory and the glossary ensure maximum productivity gains. Also, the keyboard shortcuts are a big time-saver.
In conclusion, its powerful functionality, efficiency and usability are some of its key benefits. I would not hesitate to recommend this tool to any of my colleagues.

Karina Kupferberg . I am a professional translator with almost 20 years of experience who uses Smartling's tools daily. They are very user-friendly and allow me to translate/localize and edit in context, live on the site, which can save time and improve quality and consistency.
Smartling's system is very easy to use and perfect for website and app localization. It also offers some great and useful features such as translation memory, client-specific glossary and style guide, as well as a quick and excellent support. Translators receive email notifications as soon as content is available for translation or editing, and they have direct contact with end clients for any questions or comments they may have.
I feel very comfortable using Smartling's tools and would definitely recommend them.
