�Installation� refers to the erection work including assembly, connecting and placing the parts to its position according to the design drawings of all the Contract Equipment.

�Technical Documentation� means the technical indices, specifications, drawings and document related to design, inspection, installation, Test Run, Commissioning, Performance Test, operation and maintenance of the Contract Equipment to be delivered by the Seller, details of which is specified in Appendix 3.
�Technical Service� means the technical instruction, assistance and supervision rendered by the Seller to the Buyer with respect to Installation, Test Run, Commissioning, Performance Test, related to the Contract Equipment, details are specified in Appendix 4.
�Technical Training� means the training rendered by the Seller to the Buyer with respect to Installation, Test Run，Commissioning, Performance Test, operation, maintenance related to the Contract Equipment, details of which are specified in Appendix 4.

Knapp drei Viertel der Kunden greifen inzwischen zu einem Naturheilmittel, wenn sie in der Apotheke ein nicht verschreibungspflichtiges Medikament kaufen. 2006 gingen so genannte Phytopharmaka im Wert von fast zwei Milliarden Euro über die Ladentische der Apotheken - knapp ein Drittel des Gesamtumsatzes an rezeptfreien Arzneimitteln. Entsprechend hoch ist der Bedarf an Heilpflanzen - an deren Blättern, Blüten, Stengeln, Wurzeln oder Samen.

Drugs made from medicinal plants have become ever more popular among doctors and patients in Germany in recent years. Around 75 percent of customers in German pharmacies reach for a natural product when they buy non-prescription medications. In 2006, so-called phytopharmaceuticals accounted for around 2 billions euros worth of revenue, or about a third of the total revenue in non-prescription medications. That translates into a high demand for the raw materials for these products -- medicinal plants and their leaves, flowers, roots and seeds.
