CALLS ON SHARES AND FORFEITURE
"Subject to the terms of issue, the Board may make calls upon the Holders in respect of any moneys (whether in respect of nominal value or premium) unpaid on their Shares allotted to or held by such Holders, and each Holder (subject to receiving at least fourteen Clear Days' notice specifying when and where payment is to be made) shall pay to the Company as required by the notice the amount called on the Shares of such Holder. A call may be required to be paid by instalments. A call may, before receipt by the Company of a sum due thereunder, be revoked in whole or in part and payment of a call may be postponed in whole or in part. .."

Appel de fonds
Un appel de fonds est la demande qui est faite auprès des actionnaires d'une entreprise dont le capital social n'a pas été entièrement libéré (le versement du capital de certaines sociétés pouvant être échelonnée). Les appels de fonds peuvent également être les avances demandées chaque trimestre par un syndic, dans une copropriété, afin de lui permettre de faire face à un certain nombre de charges.
