Hello, this is where it really helps to provide some context about the document. I assume this is the outcome of a hearing in which the court issued a summons to appear before the court at a hearing to a party in a case (the summons providing notice to attend to this party which may otherwise be unaware that another party is trying to bring proceedings against them).
