El Franquiciado deberá cesar en la utilización de toda marca, logotipo, carteles o nombre comercial cuya titularidad ostente el Franquiciador y retirarlo de los escaparates y de cualquier lugar visible al público, de forma que evite cualquier confusión con otras tiendas de la franquicia. Asimismo, deberá eliminar el color de la pintura del local, y sustituirlo por otro completamente distinto. El incumplimiento del Franquiciado de la presente estipulación dará derecho al Franquiciador al cobro de una indemnización de TRESCIENTOS Euros (300.- €) diarios en tanto no se produzca su cumplimiento; ello sin perjuicio de las reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios a que el citado incumplimiento pudiere dar lugar.

I understand 'de forma' here, my attempt is 'for the purposes of avoiding confusion'
