I'm not sure about the precision of "imposta" but the word "rateizatte" definitely means it is about whether you can spread the tax in the "imposta/imponibile" over a number of years, whether you can depreciated it as an asset. "Ordinarie" means the asset was sold in the ordinary course of events because it was worn out, and not for other reasons such as structural changes to the company.
