This is Spanish Spanish, for UK English, if that makes a difference.
Taken from an ophthalmology report for a 6-year-old patient, a piece of metal penetrated his/her cornea 6 months before the report.

The previous line mentions that examination reveals "corneal damage with posterior chamber intraocular lens, retina appears to be reattached with silicone oil".
Then it goes on to say:

"No se observa colocación de procedimiento circular."

Is it talking about scleral buckling surgery? Or does "colocación de procedimiento circular" refer to "circular suture placement" (which I believe forms part of buckling surgery)?
