Change log

Apr 11, 2017 12:56: Murad AWAD changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (3): Sayed Fathy, Nermeen Yousry, Murad AWAD

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Airport restricted area

The term 'haram' allows several interpretations and more context would be appreciated. It can mean a yard, the landing area, spaces or open areas inside the airport.

Airport Reserve

I would call this;
Airport Reserve since it refers to the areas reserved for the airport where no buildings are permitted or limited.

--------------------------------------------------

No person may use or occupy City-owned land or facilities within the Airport Reserve for any purpose unless:
(a) The portion of the land or facility being used or occupied is designated by the City for public use and the person’s use or occupancy conforms to that public use; or
(b) The person first obtains a lease, permit, concession, or other written permission from the City authorizing the use or occupancy; or
(c) The person is on a premises with the express or implied consent of the lessee, permittee, or concessionaire.

Airport Security Area

Airport area under security... that needs a specific pass to access

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 8 days (2017-04-20 09:59:52 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

All airports have a secure area that englobes all airport installations: terminals, tarmac, runways, taxiways. This area is controlled and to access it you need a pass .. This area is commonly known as حرم المطار

Airport premises

the previous chosen answer 'campus' would be incorrect as it is not idiomatically used with airport; rather it is for university.
