Encontré también reversar, lo que parece ser una traducción literaria. No recomiendo su uso ya que, aunque posiblemente se el destinatario entienda el mensaje, el DRAE define reversar como:
1. tr. desus. revesar.
2. intr. desus. repetir (‖ venir a la boca el sabor de lo comido).

"revertir" aquí me parece literal y correcto.
Eso sí, p. ej. "The credit note authorisation was reversed" = "La autorización de la nota de abono ha sido revertida" no funcionaría bien, podría ser "Se ha revertido la autorización..."
