Volvemos con la transmisión

Spanish to English Other Media / Multimedia
Hola el texto está hablando de la transmisión de un evento virtual. Tengo que traducir una de las placas que pueden salir al transmitir el evento y una de ellas es la siguiente:
En unos momentos volveremos con la transmisión

Este es mi intento:
In a few moments we will continue broadcasting

Me ayudan a mejorar mi versión?
Muchas gracias!!

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (2): Robert Carter, philgoddard

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

We'll be right back (informal) / The broadcast will resume shortly (formal)

Acá te dejo varias opciones.

En inglés de EE. UU. es muy común decir "We'll be right back!", así con signo de exclamación y todo, en un contexto informal. O también "We will be right back".

Más formal podría ser "The broadcast will resume shortly" y, si quieres, puedes agregar "Please stand by."

"The broadcast will resume shortly" = aunque este tiene más la connotación de que hay dificultades (quizá técnicas) y se le está pidiendo al público que tenga paciencia, que espere. No necesariamente es esa connotación, de todos modos... Es solo una idea.

"We will be right back" es literalmente "Volveremos en unos minutos".

Thanks!
agree philgoddard : I think the informal version would be better in the context. Unless it's a funeral or something!

Thanks! Agree w/ the funeral (have you seen Social Distance on Netflix? There's an episode w/ a Zoom funeral and it's both hilarious and depressing. The whole show is really good.

Spanish term (edited): En unos momentos volveremos con la transmisión

Programming will continue shortly

That works for me, and also sidesteps the issue of spelling variants (programmes/programs).
Peer comment(s):

agree María Teresa Taylor Oliver : I think this would work if the event is an ongoing one, as in programmed, instead of a one-off event.

Thanks, María, very kind of you.

Normal service will be resumed

That was the classic one on the BBC back in the day: "Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible".
Apparently it's also the name of a book…

However, the best bet is probably "We'll be right back"...
