In the event that the Supplier is delayed due to non-force majeoure or subscriber reasons, and nothing else has been agreed upon, the Supplier shall pay the Customer compensation for late payment of 1 % of the value of the delayed delivery, calculated for each day that begins.
The maximum amount of late-payment compensation is up to 10% of the price of the order or subscription to the subscription or subscription agreement to be placed under the Agreement.
If the delivery has not taken place after the maximum amount of the delay payment has been reached, the Customer may terminate the connection agreement or order and claim damages in addition to the delay payment for damage caused by the delay up to the maximum amount of the value of the order.
