condizioni d' uso

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Procura speciale per l'acquisto di immobili
Si tratta di un documento che certifica la nomina di un procuratore speciale per l'acquisto di immobili.

Nel testo c'è una frase che non so come sistemare in inglese: si parla dei poteri conferiti al procuratore di convenire "clausole e condizioni di uso e di legge". Potrebbe diventare "clauses and conditions of use and of law", "clauses and conditions of use and required by law"?

Chiedo se queste sono versioni accettabili in inglese, perché non mi convincono del tutto.

Grazie mille!

"Condizioni d'uso" doesn't mean "conditions of use", which is something else entirely.

Uso is "convention", in other words common practice, which is another possible translation.

I suggest, for "clausole e condizioni di uso e di legge", "clauses and conditions in accordance with convention and the law".
Note from asker:
Hi Phil! Thank you very much for your answer. The preposition "DI" here is confusing to me. As a native Italian speaker we usually write:"d'uso" when we talk about "use" and "in uso" when we refer to "convention". This is what made the whole sentence sound a bit strange to me.

agree Adrian MM. : di uso : as standardly used in legal drafting practice cf. oggetto *di* uso corrente, Garzanti.
