This is from a Lebanese text set in the countryside, near some vineyards.
Does this mean a backpack of some kind? What would go in it?

حزم صحارتين من الخشب فوق ظهر الحمار، وهيّأ لنا السلال، بينما تأخرتْ أمي بعض الوقت، ريثما تنتهي من إعداد الزوّادة.
