Hello,
I am having trouble understanding this concept as I have encountered in many parts of a Lease contract and I just haven't found a proper translation to it. Sitting here at 7pm with my Legal dictionary and still nothing.
Anyone could please help? Here are some examples:
-The Landlord may vary the allocation of the Supply Runs taking into account its
own requirements, the requirements of tenants and occupiers of the Building for
the use of the Supply Runs and the location of the tenants’ and occupiers’ facilities
requiring use of the Supply Runs.
- ... excluding the airspace within any Supply Runs that run through the Premises.
- “Supply Runs” means any service risers, lateral runs or other areas within the Building
designated or designed for the installation of Conducting Media within the Building;
Maybe "Ejecución de suministro", "Funcionamiento de Suministro"

Yo diría que se refiere a ductos/ductería. Por allí es por donde se pasan las tuberías de los servicios (tubería de aguas blancas, de aguas de desecho (o negras), tubería eléctrica, para cableado de redes, gas, etc).

Gracias a Molly Rose hice una búsqueda de ductería (muchas apariciones aunque mayormente usada en sistemas de acondicionamiento de aire; quizás la RAE la admita pronto) y encontré otro sinónimo válido para este contexto, canalizaciones.

Es una discusión eterna. En un piso de alquiler, ¿quién tiene qué ser el titular de los suministros de una vivienda? ¿A nombre de quién debe figurar el contrato de la luz, el gas o el agua? Si tienes dudas, no te preocupes. En Api.cat vamos a explicarte los pasos para dar de alta o de baja los suministros del piso que tienes en alquiler en Tarragona.
Titularidad de los suministros
El contrato de suministro puede estar a nombre del propietario de la vivienda en alquiler y la domiciliación en la cuenta corriente del inquilino. Si finaliza el contrato de alquiler y existe una deuda pendiente, ésta se le reclamará al arrendador.

Si el titular del contrato del suministro es el inquilino, éste deberá asumir cualquier deuda pendiente, incluso aunque haya finalizado el contrato de alquiler. La obligación de pago corresponde al titular de los suministros.
¿Qué puedes hacer si eres propietario después de firmar el contrato de alquiler?
En el momento que firmes el contrato de arrendamiento, cambia la titularidad de los contratos de los suministros de luz, agua y gas a nombre del inquilino. De esta manera, te garantizas que si se produce algún impago o deuda, la empresa distribuidora del servicio exigirá el importe pendiente al inquilino. Como dueño de la vivienda, solo te deberás encargar del mantenimiento de los suministros.

Es una discusión eterna. En un piso de alquiler, ¿quién tiene qué ser el titular de los suministros de una vivienda? ¿A nombre de quién debe figurar el contrato de la luz, el gas o el agua? Titularidad de los suministros
