: This sounds more natural than the others proposed. The name can be added like this, "and his spouse's (name) daughter." Some translators might think this would be taking too much liberty, though.

...who is his and his spouse's daughter... lends itself to further ambiguity as 1. his may refer to the spouse or the daughter and 2. such spouse, if the father, may have adopted a non-biological child at birth.
Truly a PRO question for lateral thinkers.

We don't have the whole context, and it doesn't appear to be a full sentence, but shouldn't it be either 'la niña que presenta QUE nació', or 'el xxx, tiene por nombre XXX, y es su hija y la de...'?
