Seguridad preventiva
The term "Seguridad preventiva" refers exactly to what "safe up safety" seems to indicate, the only difference being that the Spanish term is a well known and defined concept while the English one is more o a specific one that is not widely used. At least in my experience, I've heard the term "Seguridad preventiva" in several engineering fields.
Both refer to the actions one can do to avoid accidents, insted of the ones to do after one has already occur.

Esto es exactamente lo que sugerí desde el principio. Heads Up es una programa de seguridad de una marca.
I'd like to know if it's a trademark, or what is the case, because if we are making reference go a brand, it shouldn't be translated, unless it's part of a corporate strategy, I guess
