Buy-back Agreement
In this Buy-Back Agreement we have 2 parties: the "Committente" (che intende acquistare i veicoli) and the "Riscattante" (che intende riacquistare i veicoli al termine di un periodo di locazione).
For the two parties, I'm thinking: the "Buyer" (for "Committente") and then something like the "Buyer Back" (for "Riscattante")? What are your thoughts?
Thanks!
