Business Scope
General contracting of design and construction of chemical, petrochemical, electric power, building material, medical, municipal, public, light-industry, communication, environmental, building and fire safety works; boiler installation; design, manufacturing and installation of pressure vessels; steel structure works and net frame works; electric and instrument works; general conveying and handling (excluding transport); lease of engineering equipment, and materials; overseas economic and technical cooperation; engineering supervision and engineering consultation.
Brief Introduction
Branch of SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering & Construction Incorporation（Known as Branch of the Second Construction Company of SINOPEC earlier）was established in Saudi Al-Khobar in October, 2005, which is the oversea subsidiary of the Second construction company of SINOPEC. It’s mainly responsible for market development and operation management, resources management, procurement management, as well as the coordination of resource for the present constructing project in Saudi Arabia and Middle East. There are five projects on progress, which are the Saudi Kayan NDA project (EPC), Satorp 2A project, YASREF CUD project, SABIC Ibn Rushd PTA project and Saudi Aramco Wasit Gas project. There are ten projects were turned-over to the owners by Apr, 2012, which were the Polyolefin project, B/BTX project, Public Pipe Rack Project, EO/EG project, Flare project, Crude oil boilers project, Port project, Waste water treatment project, Hydrogen pipeline project（EPC） and Amines project.
Branch of SINOPEC Nanjing Engineering & Construction Incorporation is rich in EPC management, construction management experiences and strong construction ability, equipped with the most advanced machineries, can be capable of undertaking three large-scale projects of refinery and petrochemical at the same time. Project in K.S.A
Saudi Yansab Polyolefins Project, Consists of 5×105 t/y LLDPE unit, 5×105 t/y PP unit and combine package unit of LLDPE/PP/HDPE. Licensors are Dow Chemical & SABIC，PMC Contractor is Foster Wheeler. SNEI( Known as SCC earlier), cooperated with Aker Kvaerner and SSEC, is an EPC Contractor. Project Schedule is from 20th Jul, 2005 to 5th Mar, 2008.
