In my view the typo of "20" for "29" would have been the most logical solution, except that "20 to 30 December" occurs in the other documents in the set, making a simple typing error in one document less likely. In my view, "daily" is the most likely alternative, although "yawmiyyan" is obviously more common. Another factor is that this is taken from Algerian legal material, where the lawyers and judges seem to think in French, and then sometimes choose rather unusual Arabic terms which reflect that. In the end I wrote "From 20 to 30 December ..." and added a translator's footnote setting out the alternative readings discussed here.
