In reply to the issue raised by my respected colleague Mr. Ahmed, please note the following:-

1- I have given you a link for the official website of the Ministry of National Economy, Palestine. (http://www.mne.gov.ps/compreg.aspx?lng=2&tabindex=100). In this link, the abbreviation (م.خ.م.) is written as an acronym for "الشركات المساهمة الخصوصية"; which means also الشركات المساهمة الخاصة.

As for the suggested answer of my peer Mr. Ahmed, I did not find his PSC on the Acronymfinder. Mr. Ahmed referred to companies existing in Dubai and Jordan. He had not referred to any company in Palestine. Please find hereunder some links for PJSC Companies in Palestine.

disagree Ahmad Batiran : 1. None of those companies are شركة مساهمة خاصة but rather عامة/عمومية, i.e. public as stated in both corporate websites. 2. "P" in PSJC often means 'Public' 3. شركة مساهمة خاصة doesn't stand for م.خ.م; something is missing.

It could be شركة مساهمة خاصة محدودة م.خ.م.

Private Shareholding Company might mean Private Joint-Stock Company especially in the region (see Dubai FDI). However, some also might use P in PSC for 'Public'. So it is still used interchangeably.

However, the 1st URL is for Jordan [that is almost Palestine] Investment Board. You will find it very informative on that regard. To get the Arabic of the same page just click Arabic up there.
Example sentence:
