I agree with the suggestion of Mr. Abdallah Ali previously on Proz. I know that the question has been asked before, but please check the Arabic document below, and you will find that the previous chosen translation for the term would not makes sense in this context.

فالقانون في المقالة التي أوردها ينص على أنه: يجوز استئناف قرار محكمة البداية ...إذا كان وجاهياً ومن تاريخ تبليغه إذا كان بمثابة الوجاهي ويكون قرار محكمة الاستئاف قطعياً
نرى فيها التفريق الواضح بين معنى وجاهيّ وقطعيّ
