I was going to say something like: Bearing the atmosphere of "the Reign of Prosperity", the reign of His Majesty...
but the construction in Arabic seems a bit strange to me

This is the first sentence in a paragraph. The previous paragraph talks about how the king embodied honor, nobility and chivalry, and how these characteristics were represented in his son as well.
The text that comes afterward isn't particularly helpful. هناك أيضا أجواء وفضاءات "العهد الزاهر"؛ عهد جلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة ملك مملكة البحرين. لقد امتاز عهد الملك حمد من بداية تسلمه مقاليد الحكم، بكونه عهد التغيير والتطوير والإصلاح وتحقيق المنجزات التاريخية، وبقيت هذه المميزات مرادفا لصورة البحرين كمملكة ديمقراطية دستورية، تتمتع بمناخات منفتحة واقتصاد سليم ونهضة متصاعدة
