Slijedi clan Ugovora koji je gore istaknut ali u engl. verziji...

The REPREZENTATIV in no case is allowed to retreat from his duties named in Article 2. of this Contract without writen approval from CONTRACTING AUTHORITIES.
On the market that is working territory of the REPREZENTATIV in product’s standing of the CONTRACTOR he will represent exclusively the CONTRACTOR, that is during the lasting of this Contact and he is not allowed to represent any other companies neither indirectly or directly to offer and sale or on any other way to be involve in product sale, which are appropriate or similar products offered by CONTRACTOR.

Dodatne informacije: Radim reviziju tudjeg prevoda, koji je jako konfuzan Dubravka...radije bih da ga prevedem nego da vrsim ispravke...evo prijevoda koji mi je dostavljen na provjeru:
The REPREZENTATIV do not have the right on costs contribution which are per regular course of matter and integral part of market representation function except travel expenses and per diem payment when the CONTRACTOR send the REPRESENTATIV out of the territory defined by this Contract.
The REPRESENTATIV is not employee of the CONTRACTOR and could not be in any way part of any formal-legal employment with the CONTRACTOR.

Clan Ugovora... Na tržištu odnosno području rada ZASTUPNIK će u plasmanu proizvoda NALOGODAVCA zastupati iskljućivo NALOGODAVCA, odnosno za vrijeme trajanja ovog ugovora ne smije zastupati druge kompanije, niti če posredno ili neposredno nuditi i prodavati ili na bilo koji drugi način sudjelovati u prodaji proizvoda, koji odgovaraju ili su slični proizvodima, koje nudi NALOGODAVAC.
