The term is confusing a little bit. In English, they use rear wing as well as rear spoiler or both in one term "rear spoiler wing". In Arabic, IMHO, they use الجناح الخلفي للسيارة to refer to rear wing and rear spoiler, http://www.flyingway.com/vb/archive/index.php/t-51653.html, http://www.alsaha.com/users/101010/entries/75289
For my mate's answer مثبط الهواء الخلفي, I am not well familiar with that word alot being used for cars, and I am trying to avoid doing the same mistake as I did with Mrs. Lamis. All I know about مثبط الهواء is what they have in planes or what they call in Arabic مثبط الطيران أو المثبط- في الطائرات
