شكرا للتنويه فعلا فاتني النظر للسياق. هناك معنى آخر لهذا الاختصار وهو الحاجز أو الحواجز الخرسانية المؤقتة تستخدم كحواجز حماية أثناء أعمال الإنشاءات ولكن لا أثق بنسبة كبيرة في ارتباطها بالنص هنا Temporary concrete barrier (TCB)
