English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) areegments

. On the concerning requests/registrations of trademarks containing the name “CERRUTI” in various classes in the Hotel and Service Sector.
4.1 The Parties confirm the agreements of co-existence between Cerruti 1881 and LanificioCerrutiwith regards to clothing, fashion accessories and textile products.
4.2 In order to put an end to the controversies occurred with regards to Non regulated Sectors, the parties have decided to proceed with the allotment of the classes of products and services with regards to the trademarks containing the name “CERRUTI” (by itself or with other elements). On this regard the Parties conform to one another that:
-the classes reserves in exclusivity to Cerruti 1881 will be: 3, 9, 14, 18 and 25 as per previous agreements as well as classes 1, 5, 7, 10, 13, 15, 16, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 38, 40 and 45;
- the classes reserved in exclusivity to Cerruti will be: 23 and 24 as per previous agreements as well as the classes: 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 35, 37, 39 and 42.
